Sebastians Corporate Complex:

Sebastians Corporate Office, Interactive Test Kitchen and Flagship Café are located on a pedestrian allé between Seaport East Office Building and Seaport Hotel in Boston, MA. This image is the three dimensional sign located at the café vestibule.

Sebastians Corporate Complex shares design motifs, color and material palate to create continuity between each of the very distinct uses.

Café:Sebastians Flagship Café s entered using the vestibule in the center of this image. awnings and “pine apple” feature adorn the pedestrian walkway. The pine apple is scaled to be visible from the new convention center beyond.

Café:Sebastians Café : a flowing, sinuous fascia guides the customer through cueing and ordering. Point of Sale is in the center of the space..

Café:Sebastians Café: Flowing forms, clear signage and product-as-décor reflect the fast-paced, urban bistro atmosphere .

Interactive Cuisine:

Sebastians Interactive Test Kitchen is a testing ground for Sebastians recipes as well as cooking classes and food-related events. Left: Teaching Pod with adjacent Learning Wall ; Dining area in foreground. Right: Main Teaching Pod with bamboo cabinets beyond.

The Conference Room at Sebastians Corporate Office shares color and material palate with the Test Kitchen and Café. Like the Test Kitchen, the base cabinet are made of bamboo and soap stone.

Cathedral High School and Middle School, Boston, MA.

This 65,000sf project renovates and adds to a historic high school in Boston’s South End. The interior of the original school and neighboring convent are updated. Our design adds a main entry / lobby and elevator core between the two existing buildings.
