The new PMC office building in filigreed, reinforced concrete construction was com-pleted in a record time of only six months

The new building is designed as a transpar-ent structure with glass façade and central lighted courtyard (marketplace) oriented around the existing production complex.

Among other things, objective of the con-struction project was to facilitate closer cooperation between the engineers at their desks and employees on the production floor through communicative design of the building.

This new two-level building with an area of 1,300 square meters was built for the company TSK Prüfsysteme in six months construction time.

The company TSK is the leading global manu-facturer of testing systems for the automotive industry.

The two colors of the plum façade system lends the building a personal note, while also illustrating the corporate color scheme.

Another eye-catcher is the landscaped pond, which has an excellent effect even in the not yet green stone garden.

The entire building project includes a 1,100-square meter showroom, a 500-square meter car repair shop, a 700-square meter truck repair shop, and approximately 240 square meters of office space.

Within the framework of a ”flaming“ dedication event, this brand-new structure was trans-ferred to the owner on January 14, 2003.
