April 22, 1992 the president of the Republic of Bulgaria Zhelu Zhelev signed an Oath in the name of Earth.

One of the first countries that joined the international celebration

Over 30,000 Bulgarian children are signed intoDeclaration of authority for life on Earth.

The declaration was presented to the UN Conference on Environment and Development held in Rio de Janeiro in June 1992.

What can we do to preserve our Earth clean and healthy for our children?

Whenever we can to walk or cycle!

• To use energy saving sources for lighting!

• To stop air pollution from factories with many chimneys!

•To replace plastic bags with paper or fabric!

• To collect household waste separately!

How did we celebrate Earth Day - 2011. in our school?

Various events:

production of souvenirs made of recycled paper;

preparation of posters with messages;

presentation of Eco - Review using waste materials.

Today, busy in our daily lives, we often forget that we are part of the most interesting and the most mysterious miracle called NATURE!

Our old folk wisdom says: "If you haven’t planted at least one tree in your life, you lived in vain. "

We must all know that a tree although modest in nature has hidden a true natural wonder under its bark , giving life to all of us ...

The tree needs two years to make a span. This should make you think what crime against nature is to cut off a tree.

Today we planted a tree and in the coming days we will take care of it in order to preserve it so that our and your green dreams can come true!

I know more about nature by learning and playing!

To increase environmental awareness is necessary to start training from early childhood. Therefore we will organize open classes for younger students focusing on nature in the homeland and on separate collection of waste using the method " peers teaching peers”.

Living in harmony with nature We appeal to all our

citizens to love nature and to protect it in order to live in harmony with it because nature of Hadzhidimovo is unique and we are part of it.
