Introduction of the Company
Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited ("GIPL") is an infrastructure project
development company incorporated by Gammon India Limited, to
participate in the development of infrastructure projects on a public private
partnership ("PPP") basis. GIPL is among the first companies in India to be
modeled as an infrastructure developer holding company with investments
spread across various sectors. Today, GIPL leads Gammon Group's forays
into development of infrastructure projects on PPP basis across sectors
such as Roads & Expressways, Ports, HydroPower, Urban infrastructure,
Airports, Special Economic Zones, Water and Wastewater management,
Railways, Power Transmission lines, and Agricultural Infrastructure

Overview:
Established - Incorporated in 2001 as Gammon Group‟s vehicle for
undertaking infrastructure projects on public-private
partnership (PPP) basis
Activity - Undertake and develop infrastructure projects in sectors such as
roads, bridges, ports, hydroelectric power, biomass power
- Provide services in other areas of project development such as
operation and maintenance services and project advisory
services

Background:
Referred to as 'Builders to the Nation', Gammon India Ltd is the only Indian
construction company to achieve ISO 9001 certification for all fields of civil
engineering works, including design. Gammon, which was established in 1922 as JC
Gammon Ltd by JC Gammon, continued to expand its activities across the
Commonwealth, Asia and West Africa The company has executed multifarious civil
engineering works and has many firsts to its credit: the longest river bridge in the
world across the mighty Ganges at Patna; the tallest bridge in Asia; the longest span
cantilever bridge in India across Jadukata River; the longest road bridge in India
across the open sea; and the first cable stayed bridge in India. Today, Gammon
caters to the following sectors of construction: transportation; energy; river valley
and irrigation; ground engineering; industrial; public utility; offshore and marine
engineering; environmental; and pipeline. The company's ambition: to be a leading
construction company in India and execute the works according to the quality policy
and safety, health and environment policy, employing the latest construction
techniques to execute projects ahead of time.

Biggest projects undertaken:
a) Parbati hydroelectric power project
b) IWPP Sohar water transmission system project
c) Improvement, operation and maintenance of rehabilitation and strengthening of
existing two-lane road and widening to four-lane divided carriageway
(Vadape-Gonde section) of NH-3 in Maharashtra on EPC basis (about 100 km).
Innovations to meet market needs:
a) Foreseeing the growth of private-sector participation in various sectors
of construction, Gammon Infrastructure Private Ltd was incorporated in 2001
b) The boom in the real-estate market led Gammon to venture into the real-estate
as Gammon Realty Ltd in 2006

Financial Statements for Gammon Infrastructure
Projects Limited
Year over year, Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited has seen their
bottom line shrink from 326.6M to 256.2M despite an increase in revenues
from 1.9B to 3.3B. (Income Statement enclosed)
An increase in the percentage of sales devoted to cost of goods sold from
30.15% to 49.59% was a key component in the falling bottom line in the
face of rising revenues.

by going correctly to his mission but company has not show concern
towards Stakeholders, Investors & Employees resulting many investor
not show courage to buy his Share even an year on year increase in
revenue of the company
