Clear Calculation When planning projects, ProjectManagement calculates automatically in the background the costs of the individual resources (em-ployee's hours, items, equipment). Predefined extra charges which you can flexibly change for your project, ease the quotation costing. This allows you to quickly recognize whether your project is profitable

Comfortable ProcurementProjectManagement provides buyers mani-fold options to procure items. The vendor comparison, for example, determines the most favorable vendor or the most favorable items after receipt of the quoted prices of all requests. After the selection ProjectManage-ment generates automatically the purchase orders.

Efficient Inventory ManagementThe purchase department buys standard products at the most convenient time and distributes them to different warehouses. Later the items for a particular project can be distributed to (project) warehouses. With ProjectManagement, the warehouse manager stays always on top of the inventory and the required/planned items.

Simple resource PlanningProjectManagement enables different forms of planning. You can for example plan em-ployees and equipment in the graphic Gantt chart. The display of the available capacity visualizes whether an employee is planned at the requested time, whether the employee is on vacation or whether the employee's capacity is already exceeded.

Project-related Data EntryThe employees can record their services and the used items online or offline. Employees, for example in assembly halls, have the pos-sibility to capture their hours via touch screen in the system.

Automated Project AccountingAfter the approval of services, items and travel expenses, a billing wizard assists the accountant in invoicing and posting. ProjectManagement provides many different accounting types, such as fixed price, reduc-tions, guarantee retentions or milestones.

Evaluation of Plants under Construction (WIP)A flexible calculation tool enables you to determine the value of plants under construc-tion according to different evaluation meth-ods (e.g. percentage on completion) and to transfer the value to the financial accounting.

Cost transparency at the Push of a ButtonOnce recorded, all data on revenues and costs of service, items and equipment are available for analysis. ProjectManagement provides freely configurable reports in the desired layout at the push of a button, including degree of completion, breakeven analysis, project totals, employee's hours, comparison of target and actual hours, remaining volume and much more.

Web Client and Mobile ClientYou have mobile access to all master data or you can access the data via Internet or smart-phone. Many functions are already available with mobile applications (i.e. with the Web Client or Mobile Client), such as time sheet entry, document view, vacation approval,

approval of sales and purchase documents or the handling of support tickets.

Plant Maintenance with the Support DeskYou can manage failure messages with the Support Desk. Failure messages are recorded and prioritized either by the employee or the customer in the Web Client. While handling a message, both sides are able to document or comment the working steps. Service level agreements (SLA) enable you to define also reaction and solution times relating to the project. The employees capture their working times for the services which after the approval are invoiced per request or based on the handling time.
