APM Corporate Affiliate: Offshore Consulting (Guernsey) Limited has been a corporate affiliate of the Association for Project Management (“APM”) since 2017. The APM transitioned to a full Chartered body status in April of the same year.

As members of the APM, we follow their ethical code. This code is underpinned by honesty, integrity and probity.

Will is the driving force behind Offshore and is passionate that every client receives the highest level of service and support.

In 2001 Will joined Ernst and Young in an audit role and qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. After leaving Ernst and Young, Will joined BPP Professional Education in Guernsey as a tutor specialising in accounting and tax. Will has an exceptional knowledge of accounting standards, US GAAP and IAS as well as being adept with several accounting systems. Will formed Offshore Consulting in 2007 and has since completed various initiatives. This includes feasibility studies, office setups, control reviews, and implementations.

Passionate

Justin has a wealth of experience which has helped drive many projects to success.

Justin holds the Guernsey Offshore Fund Management Certificate and is currently awaiting acceptance at ACCA Professional level. He has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, with 15 years spent in the fund industry before joining Offshore in 2012. In 2009 he became a key member in the development and integration of a fund accounting and central pricing system. He was also a senior member of the project team involved with the operational transfer of administration from Credit Suisse Fund Administration Limited to another fund administrator.

Experienced

Vicky is driven to ensure her clients get the best out of their business.

Vicky is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has over 15 years’ experience in the finance sector. After training with and spending nearly 9 years at a Big Four accountancy firm, Vicky worked in both the Trusts and Funds sector before joining Offshore in September 2016. Vicky enjoys adding value through the provision of effective training sessions and reducing the costs, risks or resource requirements of businesses through effective reviews and subsequent enhancement/design of controls and processes.
