OVERVIEW Web based application project.

Provides information about past projects to final year students ofIT& CSEdepartments.

Students can determine their project work for the present.

By thisHOD andStaffcan monitor the projects effectively.

Our system provides three login

HOD Login (Adminlogin)

Staff Login (Guide login)

Student Login (User login)

Team Login

HOD LOGIN

HOD login will have the completeaccessto the database.

He can add, deleteandupdatethe list of projects in thedatabase.

By evaluating the project by its description and topic, theHOD will issue theApprovedorNotApproved status.

HOD can frequently update the reviewdates andsuggestionsto the all logins.

STAFF LOGIN

Staff will receive the guidance requests from the students.

They can view the topic , description and abstractof theproject.

If they are interested in the topic and area of the project theycan send the acknowledgmentto the team.

After that he can monitor his team members online.

STUDENT LOGIN

Students can communicate individually with Team mates,Staff and HOD.

They can send messages usingMailing system.

They can also send Group messages.

They can sendNewsletters.

In Discussion forum students can create Threads andPost Scraps using individual Student ID.

TEAM LOGIN

Projects that were already done are listed along with TitleandAbstractin the Team Login.

Then he can search for theReplication and if not he cansubmit his project title and abstract to one of the faculty onrequest for their approvaland guidance.

After getting acknowledgmentfrom the staff they cansubmit their abstract to HOD for approval.

The status of the project will be indicated in the Team login.

Tracking of the past projects is difficultto perform since HODhas to maintain the list of previous projects.

Searching for the availability of the project takes more time.

and it is this feature that creates a bridge between each andevery user.

Anyone can send mails individually to any particular usersimply by knowing their Login ID.

The message is displayed with sender name, time anddate of the message recieved.

These are type of messages that is been sent to any particularuser. The user can send mails to anyone by knowing his Login

ID.

Group Mails :These type of mailing facility is provided only to HOD of the

college. He can send group mails to the following groups :

Group mails can be used to send individual updates aboutreview dates, any information about projects and project

submission dates.

We have presented a new type of project submissionsystem, where the time consumption in much reduced. In

this scheme each and every process is automated and

authenticated either by the administrator or HOD. Thisscheme is practically applicable to all college to keep track of

project information.
