Record the number of hours spent in each
manufacturing process.
-Cutting= 3 hrs.
-Drilling= 2hr.
-Hammering= 1.30 hrs.
-Dubbing= 1.30hrs.
-Painting =2hrs.
Total = 10 hrs.

Provide difficulties and problems encountered during the prototype development.
- It’s hard to move because product didn’t have rollers.
- Material have a high cost.
- Use time to make too much.
![Page 13: Project first prototype (1)](https://reader033.fdocuments.in/reader033/viewer/2022052910/559b5f401a28ab1f448b468c/html5/thumbnails/13.jpg)
Provide the solutions for your second prototype.
- Find rollers and shaft . And assembly it with product (First prototype)
- Find a material that people didn’t use it.
- Manage a time and prepare manufacturing processes that my product use.
