Kinetics performed the install of all process piping, pressure testing and supervised the passivation. Fluor provided the P&IDs, routing and drawing while Kinetics utilized 3D CAD modeling and was the coordination lead for the entire project. Kinetics performed over 200 shutdown tie-ins to all process systems in two separate shutdowns in order to keep the facility running. Kinetics also installed a new clean steam generator, centrifuge, transfer panels and numerous large tanks. Our safety record for the project included over 39,000 man hours with no lost time injuries.
