A Project Engineer must have good organizational, communication, and computer skills and may be responsible for much of the following: Project Documentation Updating the Progress Schedule Coordination of Work Assisting with Cost Control Material Control Project Closeout Submittal Reviews Field Engineers are responsible for all layout responsibilities throughout every phase of construction. They must have good organizational and communication skills and know how to use a variety of survey equipment (level, transit, theodolite, total station).
