Overview of the project

Project EGG: Easter Gathering and Goodies is a Feeding Program organized by Ateneo Tiyanak. This event is a celebration of easter with the kids from Barangay San Isidro. The program would not only serve lunch for the kids but it would also include activities such as easter egg hunting, easter egg painting and other games, we are gonna achieve this by partnering with the SBC organizations (Ateneo Gabay, Musmos, Tugon, Kythe, Kaingin, SPEED and PSMS) and having a bazaar as a cluster to raise funds for this program.

Feeding Program Bazaar

Date: March 31, 2013, SundayTime: From 10:00am to 4:00pmVenue: Covered Courts

Date: February 11-15, 2013 (one week)Venue: College Parking Lot

Committee Sign-Ups• a. Event Organizers (Application+Interview) (for bazaar and

feeding program, may be separate committees) - tasked with organizing bazaar and program and finding concessionaires and sponsors for the eventb. Finance (Application+Interview) - generate and provide funding for the eventc. Logistics (how to get the kids to school and transport food from the kitchen, wherever that is) - transport children and food to venued. Promotions (Application+Interview) - create promotional materials for the event (print ads, poster blasts, etc.)e. Host/s (Application+Interview/Audition) - host eventf. Kitchen duty (Sign-up/Volunteer) - food preparation (lunch and meriendas; food used for activities)g. Ushers (Sign-up/Volunteer) - in charge with keeping event in orderh. Docs and Pub (Sign-up/Volunteer) - provide video/photo coverage for the event
