Project Overview

ACS held a single-source contract to design and

construct the 75,000 square feet expansion of the

existing Product Development Center.

Key Performance Features:

• Additional space included Powertrain

engine development laboratory (15,000

sq. ft.).

• Space also included Noise, Vibration and

Harshness development and structures

test laboratories (60,000 sq. ft.).

• 81,629 sq. ft. office building to house

Engineering and Development teams.

This building received LEED Certification

in 2003.
