There are technological moments in which a product makes the leap to being state of the art and changes our life style. For example, it was so for the automobile, the television, the Internet and smartphones. We feel that you could reasonably and equally look, with similar admiration, to the technological leap that has allowed the ceramic sector to move on from its traditional sizes to giant ones, like those that distinguish the Ultra project. The building is located in Central Buda next to the Danube with a breathta-king view. Excellent accessibility, plea-sant microenvironment and wide scale of services add value to an inspirational real estate solution. Modern technical standards ensure the optimal working environment in the class A office buil-ding on nearly 14,000 sq m. The office building designed in Scandinavian and Hungarian style was built in 2001. The office building is a landmark scheme in Budapest due to the unique architectu-ral solutions.
