To make this sound I took the sound of a whistle being blown and en added in the VST effect dblue Glitch. In the dblue Glitch screen I changed the frequency, FM Amt and FM spread. After adjusting those dials I started messing around with the bar on top of the 9 sections which was split up with each one having the letter R in it. By messing around with them I found they controlled when the sound would change and was able to keep the sound at a specific part I wanted.
