Any previous growth of fungus, algae or moss needs to be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water.Filling: Surface imperfections such as holes, dents, cracks are to be filled only by using mixture of white cement & fine sand (in the ratio 1:3).Leveling: For leveling, Progressive® Acrylic Exterior Putty/Proplus White Cement Base Putty is recommended. Primer: One coat of Progressive® Acrylic Exterior Water Base Cement Primer to be applied before the application of Progressive® Weather guard Acrylic Emulsion.

Precautions Freshly-plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 10°C or if the temperature might drop to this level within

8 hours of application. Do not use universal stainers or any other colorants. Tinted paints need thorough shaking immediately after tinter addition as well as before use. Stir well and strain before use.

How to Usea) Basement

Cover the surface with raft. Repair the surface imperfections such as holes, dents, cracks only by using mixture of Procrete®,

cement & fine sand (in the ratio 1:1:3). Make a mixture of 1 kg Procrete® SA-25 Polymer Waterproof Coating with 2 kg white/black cement. Wet the surface 1 hour before the application of the Procrete® mixture. Horizontal Surface: The Procrete® mixture has to be applied by brush; first coat East-West, second

coat North-South and the final coat again East-West. Vertical Surface: The Procrete® mixture has to be applied by brush; first coat vertically, second coat

horizontally and the final coat again vertically. To protect the waterproofing from punctures, plaster the surface using of 1:4 Cement Sand Mixture. Now the surface is ready to be covered with RCC.

b) Injection GroutingMake a mixture of Procrete®, cement and water in the ratio 1:1:4.

c) Roofs After opening of RCC, repair the surface imperfections such as holes, dents, cracks only by using

mixture of Procrete®, cement & fine sand (in the ratio 1:1:3). Make a mixture of 1 kg Procrete® SA-25 Polymer Waterproof Coating with 2 kg white/black cement. Wet the surface 1 hour before the application of the Procrete® mixture. The Procrete® mixture has to be applied by brush; first coat East-West, second coat North-South and

the final coat again East-West. To protect the waterproofing from punctures, plaster the surface using of 1:4 Cement Sand Mixture. Now the surface is ready for roof gardening, tiling, etc.

Precautions Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 10°C or if the temperature might drop to this level within

8 hours of application. Stir well before use.
