PROJECT 1: SHROFF FOUNDATION TRUST

Shroffs Foundation Trust is providing employable skills to rural youths during project

period to help them increase their employability opportunity.

Trainees are satisfied and are motivated with the training provided by teachers and

trainees have further planning for their future.

Mostly trainees have enrolled after completion of 10th Std and ITI so that can earn and

can contribute towards their family’s income.

VIVEC training is more emphasized on Practical basis as they have to work on field as

per their technical learning.

Placement of successful candidates is ongoing, some are placed in Schneider Ltd, L&T,

etc

The campus provides all the facilities on campus and the courses are equally designed for

Boys & Girls even in technical courses, such as Fitter, Chemical Plant Operator, Lathe

operator, Industrial Electrician, Sewing machine operator, etc.

After Theory and Practical training other activities are conducted such as Nachiketa

activities which includes; Painting competitions, Guest lectures, Mock drill fire safety

training, training for language efficiency, interview skills, etc. which enhance the growth

of candidates and improve skills among trainees which can help them in facing interview.

PROJECT 2: CIPET, AHMEDABAD

The candidates pursuing training from institute are 42 candidates of Plastic Product

Manufacturing trade under the training program supported by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam

Ltd.

Some orphanage children/ candidates which have no family back support in all the basic

& educational facilities have been provided by an organisation named “SoS Children’s

Villages India”. There are 8 candidates who are taking the training under this training

program. These candidates have completed the training program are successfully place in

Kutch area as per their contingence. The detailed list is attached for reference with the

report.

During the training on the regular trade, candidates were also trained in soft skill for how

to perform in the interview, they are motivated to participate in the weekly activities of

sports, celebration of the festivals in the campus.

The candidates become more confident and interactive and open to discuss and share

their views.

The total numbers of candidates were 42, out of which 18 candidates are placed

successfully and 24 candidates are continuing their batch.

Academics: 10th Pass, ITI, Computer class, Job at Bharuch. Reference of CIPET from the company in which he was working. Facilities in CIPET such as Accommodation and extracurricular activities are good and satisfied. Teaching of CIPET teachers are also good, they are cooperative and inclusion of different methods for teaching such as Practical and Theory both.

Academics: Till 8th std, Job in NGO nearby Bharuch. Reference of CIPET from SoS village. Facilities in CIPET are good. Earlier candidate was not active and thinks that it’s tough to understand the Machine and Theory at the same time but after proper instructions and equal weightage of teaching techniques now he is familiar with the course and focusing in learning new things every

Academics: 10th Std, Diploma in Computer Science Reference of CIPET from SoS village. CIPET is providing adequate facilities for students and there are cooperative teachers who even arrange extra classes for students and also available for students every time. Explain the aspects of Machine and Theory both in a similar pattern.
