Digitization of evaluated material and results of the Educational Program.Recruitment/Training of 12 volunteers from the Universidad Catolica - Faculty of Education, to support telephone monitoring of children in our educational program.

The schedule for calls to children was established in coordination with parents for 2021, untill the program can be deployed in person.

Printing of 1,310 books (10 books per child). Set to begin by late March and early April with the intent of starting the activities of the good reader's book.

We welcome the principals of 5 schools with whom we have worked to define an action plan for 2021 and receive the enrollment lists for 2021, as well as first contact with 2 principals of schools to which the educational program of Misión Huascarán will be expanded to.

2020 student evaluations are completed. It was possible to contact and evaluate 94% of the students. The average increase in reading habits were of 30%. Reading comprehension improved by 50%

MEDICAL POST STATISTICS 2021In 2020 we had 1062 patient interactions, in 2021 we had 276.

COORDINATION AND DISSEMINATION

AN IMPORTANT MENTION IS GEARED TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE CARHUAZ HOSPITAL. HE HAS SHOWN SUPPORT BY EQUIPPING US WITH THE MEDICAL STAFF NECESSARY FOR OUR MOBILE MEDICAL POST.

WE HAVE ALSO MADE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE HUAYLAS SUR HEALTH NETWORK, FOR THIS VERY SAME PURPOSE.

SIMULTANEOUSLY, WE HAVE BEEN IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOSPITAL AND MUNICIPALITY OF CARHUAZ TO FURTHER PROMOTE THE MOBILE MEDICAL POST ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA.

RECOVERY OF STRAWBERRY CROPS

DUE TO THE INTENSE RAINS THE ANCASH REGION IS CURRENTLY FACING, WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF PRUNING AND WEEDING THE STRAWBERRIES.

WHEN CLEAN PLANTS ARE LOCATED WE APPLY A FOLIAR FERTILIZER TO STRENGTHEN THE FLOWERS/FRUITS SO IN RETURN THE HARVEST WILL INCREASE.

CROP ROTATION AND ACQUISITION OF STRAWBERRY PLANTS

STARTING THIS MARCH WE WILL BEGINTHE STRAWBERRY CROP ROTATION INMANCOS.

Changes to terrain are made by the same farmer, usingtheir own plants from which we will choose the bestones to get strawberry seedlings.

On March 10th, a strawberry producer agreed toconfirm the strawberry seedlings so that we couldbegin preparing the land for esidents interested inparticipating in the strawberry project.

5. Economic Development Program - Knitting Hope - Advances

1. ESCVDO project

The ESCVDO brand made an order of 218 garments to ourtextile workshop. It will be completed on March 12th. Inaddition, they asked for an extra ivory mawi top + ivory minitarma skirt.

2. Sustainable Haki Project

- Embroidery samples have been made with the artisans.They have been sent to the brand for their evaluation.

- A meeting was held on March 3rd with the brand. Thecharacteristics and embroidery work, were inspected as wellas methods of production and time.

New tests will be made with the real embroidery to see whoare the weavers who have the level that is required for thework with this brand.

Knitting Hope– Work Plan March 2021A) Project with Escvdo:- The next request from Escvdo will be:* Crochet knitted garments* Embroidered garments* Embroidered smock stitch garments

B) Project with Sustainable HakiThey will be making embroidered garments – approximately 20.

New tests are due which include the real embroidery work which include all the Congar embroiderers.

Earrings:- Make a file of each weaver with the sample made, its data and information.- Make a technical sheet with each embroidery point for the workshops.- Rate the embroidery of each one to see their skills.- We would work at the moment with 6 - 7 embroiderers for the first garments to be produced by Haki.
