MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT The Southland Competition Society welcomes you all to another successful festival, we hope you all enjoy yourselves and achieve to your best potential.

The Society offers a platform for all performers to develop and enhance their skills in their chosen art.

This year we are offering competition for competitors in six different arts, where competitors have the opportunity to meet with their peers and gain the satisfaction which comes from competing and meeting others from all over the South Island.

Our festival is only possible with the generous support from our local community. We would like to extend our thanks to:

Southern Trust

Community Trust South

Invercargill Licensing Trust

ILT Foundation

for their continuing support. To the many sponsors of prizes and advertising, we also thank you. Without your continuing support the festival would not be possible.

I would like to extend my thanks to all our Conveners and Committee members who work tirelessly to bring the 2019 festival to you.

Coral Sycamore President
