    Introduction: (15 mins)

    1) Introduction about the trainer or about the agency that is conducting the training.2) The duration, purpose and person in charge of the training program.3) Introduction of each participant which include their designation, experience, awards, opinion

    about the company, hobbies and any other extracurricular interests.

    4) The candidates must introduce themselves with a tag line. Eg Time is my valuable investment.Discussing case studies: (1 hr)

    1) Case studies regarding recent issues in recruiting in various organizations are discussed.2) The session is a brainstorming session where each candidate must throw their findings and

    suggestions.

    Sharing their experience: (1 hr)

    1) Each candidate must share their experience in dubious situation and the strategy used toovercome.

    Recruitment process & Evaluation of candidate during interview: (1 hr 15 mins)

    1) Discuss the arrangements for conducting the interview i.e planning the recruitment processfrom recruitment to placement order.

    2) Evaluating candidate though telephonic interview.3) Arranging the time for conducting face to face interview.4) Conducting background verification.

    Videos with respect to training: (1 hr)

    1) As a sign of closure of training, useful and rejoicing videos related to recruitment are played tothe participants.

    2) List of videos: a) Pursuit of happiness b) Thillu mullu c)Mock interview: (1 hr)

    1) Each participant act as interviewer and trainer act as candidate.2) The conversation is recorded in order to point out pros and cons.

    Discussion and feedback: (45 mins)

    1) Each participant gets feedback from the trainer regarding the mock interview stating the meritsand suggestions in areas of improvement.

    2) Clarifying the doubts of participants.3) Finally feedback from participants about the training program is collected which would help in

    appraising the trainer.
