An annual highlight is the MBS Wintertrophy, a long week-end in the snowy Alps that our students organize every February. Munich also offers countless sights, museums, restaurants, bars ... and let’s not forget “Oktoberfest”, the world’s largest festival. Yes, you will study hard at Munich Business School, but you will also have the time of your life in Munich.

„I couldn’t have found a better place to study abroad than at MBS in Germany! At first, it felt strange to be so far away from home. However, I quickly met many friendly people and become immersed in the culture.I really like German food – yummy ‘Brezel’ and sausages! Furthermore, I enjoy sightseeing and visited sites such as the Olympiapark or the BMW-Welt. I also went to the ‘Oktoberfest’, the world’s biggest fair, with a bunch of my newfound friends! I feel so lucky to have had such an enriching cultural experience!“

Bachelor integrated Business Studies

MBS’s bachelor program consists of 6 semesters and does not include a general education year. Thus, basic busi-ness courses are offered already during the first semester. Since MBS bachelor students start taking courses in their business concentrations during their 5th and 6th semes-ter, the course selection is much broader during these two semesters and visiting students may find a wider selection of courses to choose from.

As MBS bachelor students move as a group from semes-ter to semester, visiting students must decide to join one specific semester and one specific language track (English or German) as courses from different semesters cannot be mixed.

Fall/Spring courses

▐ Student who apply for fall can enroll in courses from the 3rd or 5th bachelor semester.▐ Students who want to apply for spring can enroll in courses from the 6th semester. (Since MBS students are required to spend their 4th semester abroad, there is no class at MBS).

A list of courses per semester with course descriptions can be found on the MBS Website under the bachelor program.

„When I used to think of Germany, I thought that Germans have a very good work-ethic and technological understanding. I found this to be true, but have discovered so many new things as well. Munich’s architecture for example is so cute and quaint, like in a children’s book, compared to the skyscrapers in Shanghai. Tasting German food and travelling have been enlightening new experien-ces. I went to Prague and still plan to see Rome, Paris, Vienna and Barcelona. I am the first one in my family to go abroad. My parents miss me immensely, but are so proud of me. I am very happy to have studied here.“

„The school has a great location; with the subway it takes me just 25 minutes from my house to MBS. Generally, everything in Munich is so close. At MBS I like the small classes and having courses with students from many different geographic backgrounds. The size of the school makes contact to students and professors easy and everybody gets to know each other quickly. Also, the students are well taken care of. Every chance I got, I travelled! I visited Dresden, Berlin and Prague.Of course I also explored the sites in Munich.“
