for 15 minutes. The supernatant is collected for HDL determination.
2) HDL determination:
Wavelength : 500 nm (492-550)
Temperature : 37°C
Cuvette : 1 cm light path
Read against reagent blank.
Mix and read the optical density (OD) after a 5 minute incubation.
The final colour is stable for at least 1 hour.
