Boston Conservatory High School Music Composition Intensive
Music Composition Camp/$
The Boston Conservatory’s High School Composition Intensive (HSCI) is a two-week program designed to challenge and engage students who are serious about music composition. Young composers will take part in a rigorous daily practice of composition through faculty-led assignments and individual guidance. All participants will be given instruction in contemporary music, ear training, and theory, and will attend a daily composers’ forum. Finally, each student composer will write four new works to be performed and recorded during the two-week program. Application closes May 1 Dates: July 10 - 21
