Professional Certification allows experienced professionals with careers involving 2D and 3D design skills to certify their knowledge and experience with Autodesk applications and put themselves in line for career advancement. Focusing on advanced skills, Autodesk ® Professional Certification is tier 2 in Autodesk’s three-tier certification spectrum: TIER 1: Certified User demonstrates competency in entry-level skills. TIER 2: Certified Professional demonstrates advanced skills. TIER 3: Certified Specialist demonstrates highly specialized Autodesk skills. WHAT CERTIFICATION EXAMS ARE AVAILABLE? ARE THE EXAMS BASED ON A SPECIFIC SOFTWARE RELEASE? No. They are based on a series of fundamental tasks that are not release specific. You will not need to order exams for a specific release to match the software release in your lab. HOW WILL I TAKE THE EXAM? Educators and students can take the exams at a public Certiport Authorized Testing Center. If schools or districts want to run exams onsite, they can easily become a testing center and run the exams seamlessly in class. Institutions can sign up to be centers on the Certiport site. WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WHEN CERTIFIED? Your Autodesk Professional Certification will be a valuable asset in your career. It will be viewable online using your Certiport test candidate ID.
