THE COMPANY Western Canada Theatre was founded in 1967 and incorporated in 1975. One of BC's largest theatre companies, Western Canada Theatre produces plays from around the world as well as new Canadian works. During the 2011 – 2012 Season, Western Canada Theatre will produce seven regular professional plays, with 5 productions at Sagebrush Theatre (a 700-seat proscenium theatre) and 2 productions at the Pavilion Theatre (a 150-seat black box theatre), and one professional special production at The Kamloops Convention Centre (a 400-seat dinner theatre). Over the past 36 years, Western Canada Theatre has produced over 150 professional shows for Kamloops audiences. With over 75 performances per season, Western Canada Theatre hosts an annual audience of around 30,000.

THE FREE TICKETS Western Canada Theatre program advertisers receive Complimentary Tickets to Mainstage plays in the 2011 - 2012 Season. Ticket letters will be mailed out upon payment. Due to limited seating and high demand, complimentary tickets for the two Pavilion shows, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor® Dreamcoat & Tuesdays with Morrie are NOT included in the free ticket letters given to regular program advertisers. However, full page and half page Tuesdays with Morrie advertisers will receive free tickets to Tuesdays with Morrie. See the Tuesdays with Morrie price section for details.

THE SUBSCRIBER BENEFITS DISCOUNT CARD You can further entice Western Canada Theatre subscribers into your establishment by offering a discount on products and services. Western Canada Theatre will promote these offers throughout the season via wallet-size subscriber cards.

THE WEB LINKS Western Canada Theatre program advertisers/subscriber benefits card participants will receive complimentary web links to their business websites (if applicable). Web links will be featured prominently on the Western Canada Theatre website (wctlive.ca) during the entire 2011 - 2012 Season.

THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Western Canada Theatre will design your ads or you can submit your ads ready-made. Art must arrive in digital format - high resolution TIFF, high resolution JPEG or print quality PDF. Artwork should be e-mailed to [email protected].

THE DEADLINES & PAYMENT TERMS Season ads (same ad for all 7 programs, or 8 programs if doing Tuesdays with Morrie) are due by August 1, 2011. Individual production ads are due 1 Month prior to first performance date. The payment balance is due 30 days from contract execution.
