Qualification Information1. Relevant Experience The bidder must posses some relevant experience in similar projects. QualificationInformation must include similar projects, monetary value of the past project, durationof the past project and company registration with IPA (Current) and have validCertificate of Compliance (CoC) with IRC and GST Registered.

2. Past PerformanceThe bidder will be assessed basing on the past projects. The main areas of assessmentwill be on Quality of Works undertook, Final Cost, Contract Duration Completion Dateand Safety Record in the past projects. The bidder must provide such informationduring the time of bid.

3. Management & Technical SkillsThe bidder must also provide in the bid document the Technical Expertise(Organizational Chart) and Project Management Tools (How to manage the project)and Quality Systems that will make the project “Value for Money”. The bidder mustNOT have any Affiliation to DoW nor its staff or any officer that is employed byDepartment of Works. Any Affiliation with DoW will deem the bid null and void and willbe forfeited outright.

Qualification Information4. RecoursesThe bidder must posses required Plant and Equipment to bid for the project. If thebidder will hire equipment from other party, it must be stated in the bid. Theresources may include Trade Skills of Technical Personnel (Manpower), Company'sestablished Facilities (Site office) and most of all Financial Capacity. The biddermust guarantee in its bid that it has enough financial recourses that is required tostart and finish the project.

5. Methodology The bidder must also provide in its bid information the method of construction itwill undertake in line to the provided scope of works. It must also state clear duringthe bid the use of Subcontractors in any works included in the bid. Reporting ofworks is very important and must be stated in the bid document the mode andmethod of reporting. Submitted bid document must be able to demonstrate theCurrent Workload the company has on hand and the progress of each project. Inaddition, the bidder must provide the Tentative Works Program to show how thebidder intents to plan and execute the works according to the contract periodstated. The program is tentative only and Microsoft Excel or Project Software aremost preferred.
