for a wide range of components. This division has rich exp. in designing, manufacturing and producing precision and

complex press tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges etc

Some of Our Future Plans & Initiatives Owning 2 Company Transport to ensure JIT – Just in Time deliveries. Implementing Lean Management System to Shop floor as soon as Possible. Planning to have Some Automation for material handling system like Conveyors etc. In coming Days, we are close to start our MIS as Per QPCDSM Model. From next Financial Year onwards , we would adopt more DET’s / GET’s. Creating Some Training and Education space for Quality improvement projects. Creating space for Red Bin meeting for Quality Improvement. Tracking system for Tool Room assets. Creating some sort of SMED Trolleys allowing faster changeovers on machines. To facilitate every operator with proper tooling for improving productivity 25%. To have mini ERP System for better Data Management systems and Information Mgt.. Overall We believe in Continual Improvement at the extant we can go up to i.e.

Even after having all above, there are still lot of milestones to be covered to pamper and delight our customers. We are committed to make such a system where Continual improvement will be the culture in our company.
