40 mm PROFILE EXTRUSION Our profiles are manufactured in a clean room under special hygiene measures and are therefore suitable for medical technology. Our machinery is able to implement geometries up to 40 mm diameter. Materials: • Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) • Additives (lubricant, UV stabilizer, etc.) • Coloring (any color choice) possible Properties: • Shore hardness: 67 Shore A / DIN ISO 7619-1* • Tensile strength: 5.0 MPa / DIN 53504/ISO 37* • Elongation at break: 600% / DIN 53504/ISO 37* • Tear resistance: 17 N/mm / ISO 34-1 method B* * All properties are variably adjustable.
