Dr. Mian Amer Masud President, OMG Dr. Mian Amer Masud is an accomplished executive, investor and entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in managing multimillion-dollar global corporations in industries that include real estate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and renewable energy. Other than being a medical doctor, specializing in pediatrics, Dr. Masud is also a PhD and has also done his MBA. By capitalizing on his sharp business acumen, technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and strategic mindset among other attributes, Dr. Masud was instrumental in penetrating new markets and achieving

unprecedented sales growth for the companies he had previously founded and managed. In addition to having successfully implemented growth-oriented strategies. Dr. Masud has instituted significant qualitative and quantitative improvements in

NIMSS Lt. Gen (Retd.) Syed Abdul Ahad Najmi President, NIMSS Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Syed Abdul Ahad Najmi is an accomplished professional of Pakistan After doing his graduation as medical doctor he also did BSc Honors in naval studies followed by two masters in nutrition and Med administration and FCPS in community medicine. He retired from Pakistan Army as Surgeon General being the highest post one can achieve as a doctor in Pakistan Army. He was decorated with Hilal-I-Imtiaz (Mili tary) He has been in charge of Army medical college during his service. After retirement he served as principal of Fauji Foundation Medical College. He also served as Secretary Health for Azad Kashmir Government. The Government of Pakistan appointed him as member Federal Public Service Commission due to his vast experience in health administration and medical education. He has been an asset for planning and development of National Institute of Medical and Social Science a pride project of OMG.

Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Syed Athar Ali President, RRE Lt Gen. (Retired) Syed Athar Ali was commissioned in the Punjab Regiment. Pakistan Army in September 1971 A veteran of 71 War. He saw action in the former East Pakistan. He is a graduate of Command & Staff College, Quetta and has done Masters from National Defence University. Islamabad. He attended Combat Team Commanders Course in UK in 1982 while he also holds a Masters degree in International Relations from Columbia University in USA. He has held various command. staff and instructional appointments. Has commanded two Infantry Battalions, an Infantry Brigade, an Infantry Strike Division and a Corps in multi Dimensional role. Besides, he has remained on the faculty of School o f Infantry and Tactics - Quetta. Pakistan Military Academy - Kakul and Command & Staff College – Quetta, while on the staff appointments has remained Director Military Operations. Vice Chief of General Staff at General Headquarters and Director General Joint Staff at Joint Staff Headquarters The General officer retired from Army service on 08 October 2008. He was appointed as Secretary Ministry of Defence. Government of Pakistan with effect from 11 November 2008 t ill 27 Nov 2011. Has the unique honor of representing Pakistan on UN Peace Keeping Mission in Sierra Leone in the dual capacity of Deputy Force Commander and Chief Military Observer for more than two years. ln 2003. in recognition of his excellent professional services. He has been conferred with the high award of Hilal-i-I mtiaz.
