for use in a variety of roof, wall and lining

applications. The range of trapezoidal and

sinusoidal profiles together with secret fix lining

systems provide the specifier and contractor

with an unbeatable choice of cost-effective

cladding solutions to meet the most challenging

of performance specifications.

Creative building design often requires a

softness of line and detail of feature that can't

always be achieved with traditional profiled

sheeting and flashing design. To meet this

requirement RigiSystems are able to offer

both smooth and crimp curved options together

with profiled closure pieces, flashings and

mitred units.

Offering the ultimate in design flexibility,

RigiSystems profiled cladding is available in a

wide range of colours and finishes.

Roof Cladding Liner Soffit

A general purpose sinusoidal cladding sheet designed for use

in a variety of applications. The symmetrical profile is ideal for

forming into smooth curves. In exposed situations, it is

recommended that two corrugation side laps be used, reducing

the effective cover width to 914mm. Only available with an

unsupported side lap.

A lightly profiled sheet which is ideal for domestic roofing and cladding,

canopy soffits, fascias, parapets and small span applications. It is

particularly suited for use as a lining sheet with the RigiSystems Ziplok

standing seam roofing system and can be supplied smooth curved.

Available fully perforated, with a supported or unsupported side lap.

Designed for use as a soffit lining sheet for forecourt canopies

RigiSystems 20/300/900 has the aesthetics of a secret fix system at

the cost of a profiled sheet. The 900mm cover width is available fully

perforated with an unsupported side lap.

A general purpose roof cladding sheet for applications where the

loading/span requirements are kept to a minimum. The 1000mm

cover width provides an extremely cost-effective solution.

Available with a supported or unsupported side lap, also with flat

pan if required.

A cost-effective roof sheet for small spans and light loadings that canbe supplied with or without a supported side lap. RigiSystems32/167/1000 can also be used for vertical cladding where the outwardfacing broad ribs give a striking visual effect. For this application theside lap is reduced to make it a more economic option.

Recognising the requirement for a 1000mm wide profiled sheet,RigiSystems 38/200/1000 uses the trapezoidal design of RigiSystems38/152/914 in this wider format. Whilst the loading characteristics areslightly lower than the RigiSystems 38/152/914, the 1000mm coverwidth provides an extremely cost-effective solution. Available webb orfully perforated, with a supported or unsupported side lap, also withflat pan if required.

A versatile cladding sheet that can be used for both roofingand vertical applications. For roofing applications it provides acost-effective and structurally sound solution that is easy tofix. For vertical applications the side lap detail is modified andthe profile is used with the reverse side outward to give abold visual effect. Available with a supported or unsupportedside lap.

The RigiSystemsRiblok range of

secret fix cladding wasinitially developed for the

petroleum industry to provide adurable and low maintenance soffit

lining for forecourt canopies. Theaesthetically pleasing and clean lines proved

so successful that the product application hasbeen extended to cover internal soffit applications,fascias and external wall design.

Available in widths of 150, 200 and 300mm Riblokprovides a cost-effective solution for bothnewbuild and refurbishment projects. Riblok 150,

200 and 300 are available with two facade profiles(R&F) and can be interchanged to create a numberof aesthetically pleasing designs.

The Riblok panels are fixed in place by using aconcealed carrier system that is fixed to thesubstrate. The Riblok panels are simply snappedinto place together with mineral fibre insulation inthe void behind the exterior façade depending onthermal requirements. Work can commence fromeither edge of the cladding area, working across inthe same direction until complete.

PackagingRigiSystems profiled cladding in steel is bundledand strapped with protective timbers top andbottom. aluminium profiled cladding is packed inthe same way but with the addition of polythenewrapping.

Metal FacingsRigiSystems profiled cladding is available ineither 300 series aluminium or pre-painted Z275galvanised steel with the following finishes.Most products are also available in othersubstrates such as copper and stainless steel.Please contact RigiSystems for furtherinformation.

Stucco embossed plain mill finish aluminium– ‘Plain mill finish aluminium is normallyexpected to last the life of the building withoutmaintenance’- BS 5427: 1976

ARS – Abrasion resistant coating for aluminiumwith good handling characteristics providing along-term aesthetic life of approximately 15years.

PVF2 – provides a long-term aesthetic life ofapproximately 20 years on aluminium, offeringexcellent durability and colour stability. Alsoavailable as a steel finish with a minimum life tomaintenance of 15 years due to the steelsubstrate.

Plastisol – high performance coating for steelsubstrates.

Polyester – a cost effective colour coating witha medium term life for both aluminium and steel.
