COMPANY BACKGROUND
Lemmon peel was conceptualized and established by a passionate, committed and enthusiastic social
entrepreneur, which offers high-end services in communications and marketing solutions to corporate and
government departments and it is 100% black owned. It is a brainchild of Mr Jonas Dikgale popularly
known as “Dibaba” in the social circles, who has been in the sales & marketing industry for 19 years.
It was in 2005 when he realized that the industry needs a young & vibrant company that is able to create
bespoke marketing and communications solutions to both corporate and Government departments when
Lemmon Peel was established.
To Date, Lemmon Peel has managed to establish long term relationships with big corporates like ABinbev
(Previously SAB Miller), Distell, Heineken, ABI to name a few, and has acquired assets to the value of
more than R 20 Million over the years.
We are also proud to mention that Lemmon Peel is in the employ of 39 permanent and 10 temporary staff
members, whom we have recruited from previously disadvantaged backgrounds and have been equipped
with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Our Head office is in Gauteng, and has a national footprint through strategic alliances countrywide.

WHO IS THE OWNER & DIRECTOR?
MR. JONAS “ DIBABA” DIKGALE
National Diploma: Sales & Marketing (Vaal University of Technology: 1998)
Chief Executive Officer & Chairman
Jonas is the founder & Chief Executive Officer of Lemmon Peel, he is a
self-starter, ambitious, passionate, committed and enthusiastic social
entrepreneur.
His entrepreneurial skills were evident from a very young age while still a
scholar at Leolo High School in Limpopo, where he used to sell boiled
eggs and atchar to his fellow scholars.
He completed his Sales & Marketing Diploma in 1998 from Vaal Technikon
now known as Vaal University of Technology. It was here where his
leadership ability was tested when he was elected into the SRC as an
Entertainment Officer.
Professional CareerHis professional career started at the South African Airways as a domestic flight
attendant. He then joined the South African Breweries as a Brand Development
representative and also as sales Representative. He played a pivotal role in
taking brands like Castel Lager into the main market and also launching Miller
Draught into the South African Market. He also had a stint at Levis SA as a
National Brand manager.
EntrepreneurshipLike any other young entrepreneur, Jonas tried a few businesses before he
founded Lemmon peel and he faced a lot of challenges on the way but never
gave up. He started in the telecommunications industry where he owned a
number of Cell-C containers stationed in East Rand Townships, transportation
industry where he was an owner-driver at SAB and had two trucks. Besides
Lemmon Peel, he is also investing in both commercial and residential property
and has been growing his portfolio ever since.
Jonas was able to build Lemmon Peel from nothing to a multimillion company
without any Government funding or banks.
Lemmon Peel has assets to the value of R 20 Million and they are fully paid up.
Office
Lemmon Peel owns a 300 square meter warehouse in Johannesburg,
which serves as our Head Quarters and also for storage purposes.
Fully equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, computers and High volume
colour printing machines, Multiple telephone lines.
