Benair Air-conditioning Co L.L.C, one of the leading Air-conditioning companies in the region, since its inception the metamorphosis reveals utmost customer grati�cation.

We are the agents of the Benair brand air conditioners and the authorized dealers of the Carrier and Daiken air conditioners. We have also collaborated with LG, O General, Rheem, York, Mitsubishi and SKM in order to meet the various projects as per customer requirements.

Benair caters complete HVAC Solutions for Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Marine projects. Benair maintains dedicated divisions like project contracting, duct manufacturing, maintenance and trading divisions to undertake complete HVAC requirements with great precision and perfection.

The company has its branches in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Damam- (KSA) and Kerala (India) in order to provide the best services to its customers.

Benair project contracting division undertakes the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of various turnkey A/C projects for multi storey commercial, Industrial, residential buildings and villas

Benair executes the projects with its own ‘Benair’ brand air conditioners as well as other brands as per the client requests.

Having dealership contract with the Carrier and all other Major air conditioners like LG, Rheem, ‘O’General, York, Mistubushi Benair can execute projects in the best cost effective way.

Benair has fully equipped duct fabrication unit located in Dubai which manufactures GI or pre Insulated ducts under the supervision of quali�ed and experienced staff to meet any kind of large or small project requirement within the given time frame

Having quali�ed engineers, expert technical team and in-house facilities to execute all kinds of turnkey projects for air conditioning requirement, Benair can offer the best service to its customers.

MaintenanceBenair has a well established Maintenance Division with fully equipped service teams supervised with service engineers and experienced technicians. Benair undertakes maintenance for all kind of air conditioning projects.

Annual Maintenance Contract

Benair upholds an ef�cient Annual Maintenance Contract team which undertakes Annual Maintenance Contracts for various malls, commercial, residential and industrial buildings and villas. Benair also provides Periodical Preventive Maintenance and service of Air conditioning units like split, package, ducted split and chillers.

Benair has fully equipped �eet of service vehicles with expert technicians readily available 24 hours to meet various complaints and breakdowns

On Call Service Facility

Benair has a competent on call service team dedicated to attend any break down or complaint registered with immediate effect based on the priority of the complaints.

Large number of our clients across the emirates of Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi enjoy the pro�cient and timely services of our annual maintenance contracts as well as our on call services.

Eleven Years of our service in the air conditioning industry has gained us a lot of contented clients who continue to enjoy the bene�t of our service contracts.

Duct manufacturing

This division deals with both Pre-Insulated and Galvanized Iron Ducts under the supervision of well experienced technicians.

The division maintains a 5000 sqft mechanical workshop at Al Qouz Industrial area with mechanized modern facilities to cater any type of ducting and fabrication work.

GI ducts

We fabricate GI ducts at our workshop as per customer requirements. All the accessories such as �ttings, attachments, components and other goods are manufactured from �nest grade of material and cutting edge technology.

Our quality controllers check each and every lot on well de�ned quality parameters to ensure non- combustion, mould resistant and leak proof �nish in the end products. Competitively priced the offered range of ducting is also facilitated with sound proo�ng and high degree insulation

Pre Insulated Ducts

Benair Fabricates Pre Insulated duct, the latest technological process which is becoming popular for HVAC industry as it is installed in single �x, eliminating the need for second �x which saves signi�cant time and cost. It is made up of rigid close cell polyisocyanate board / rigid phenolic insulated panels faced by an aluminium foil on both the side.
