1. Designed and introduced LL.M (Intellectual Property & Technology Law) first of its kind

in Asia at the Karnataka State Open University, Mysore during 2010

2. Spearheaded the designing of B.Com.LL.B/BA.LL.B/BBA.LL.B (Hon’s) courses at

Adamas University, Kolkata, an university established by a statute enacted by the

legislature of government of West Bengal during 2014-2015

3. Designed and introduced Ph.D degree program in Law at the Karnataka State Open

University, Mysore during 2010

4. Instrumental in designing B.A LL.B (Hon’s) integrated program by Mysore University,

Mysore, Karnataka, India which was established in 2006. Instrumental in the complete

designing of 50 papers (subjects) with course outlines, contents, suggestive readings which

were implemented from the academic year 2007-08.

5. Submitted a report on the review, restructure and introduction of new specialization in the

LL.M course offered at NUJS. In December, 2007 with four specializations at LL.M level

Viz., LL.M (International Law), LL.M (constitutional Law), LL.M (Business Laws), LL.M

(intellectual Property Law)

6. Drafted LL.M regulations governing the admission, examination and evaluation of course

leading to LL.M degree at NUJS , Kolkata.

7. Designed a one year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Business Laws being offered from

the present academic year at NUJS with L&T company sponsorship.

8. Introduced a new Course “Biotechnology law” at National Law School of India University,

Bangalore in the year 2006-2007. Introduced the same course at National University of

Juridical Sciences, (NUJS) Kolkata in the academic year 2007-2008 with specialised course

and study material.

the year 2007-2008 which is very successful.
