• CSR is a set of actions of a company that changes business operations to improve, maintain, or mitigate a company’s impact on society and the environment.

What is CSR?

• CSR is about how companies manage the business processes to produce an overall positive impact on family, society and in World.

Corporate social responsible behavior

We might define socially responsible behavior as that which does not ruin the local environment and jeopardize the community’s health as measured against internationally accepted standards of environmental quality or health.

• Rapidly Increasing in the west to Philippines

Legitimacy • Ligitimacy of Philippines:

• Legimacy is a generalized perception or assumption that the action of an entity are desirable, proper, or appropriate within socially system of norms, Values, beliefs.

• The common good describes a specific "good" that is shared and beneficial for all (or most) members of a given community.

environmental, social or governance practices can spread instantaneously and dissolve years of goodwill and brand reputation on the spot.

• To identify and improve a company’s impact on society and the environment, while driving stronger business results such as brand enhancement, market differentiation, and employee satisfaction.
