Our contact management team can operate as an extension of your business, guiding your consignments through the ever-changing minefield of export rules, regulations and requirements.

DOCUMENTATIONWe take responsibility for the preparation and production of import and export documentation as required – including customs forms, delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders. It’s our role to understand your – and your consignees’ – requirements, and ensure compliance with the latest legislation and legal obligations in the countries you deal with.Among other things, our export documentation specialists can help with: letters of credit, certificates of origin, EUR1 movement certificates, legalised and certified documentation through the consulate, and any other documentation required to complete the shipping transaction.

TRACK & TRACECustomers remain in constant control and can check the status of their deliveries online and in real time using our track and trace system. Options include checking consignments ‘by supplier’, ‘by origin’, ‘by container’, ‘by courier note’ and ‘by Air Waybill number’.

BONDED WAREHOUSINGTo help customers’ get the best financial terms for their shipments we offer HMRC Class A bonded warehousing in the UK – allowing you to pay VAT and duty only when your goods are needed, not necessarily when they arrive.

Spatial operates two HMRC Class A bonded warehouses in the UK:

With peak season charges and capacity issues on many inbound vessels, it makes sense for companies to get their shipments into the UK early and held centrally – ensuring availability and quick delivery once the merchandise is sold.
