Since 1970, I have engaged in a variety of consulting services focused on designing, developing, managing and leading more effective organizations and enhancing personal effectiveness. I have worked with organizations of varying size, across various industries, in different sectors and at different levels. We have extensive experience with the development and/or change of organization strategies, structures, cultures, management and human resource systems, and organization practices.
