Liaison between Fraternity Brothers and pledges, which includes risk management, internal problem solving, and brotherhood development. Rush Committee Fall 2015 Researched different classes that had a high population of our target demographic for new members and cataloged them in a spreadsheet. Worked as a team to reach out to qualified students and served as their main form of communication with the brotherhood. This resulted in over 140 potential new members attending rush events. Results from rush led to a new member class of 69 students, which is the largest in the 70 year history, growing our chapter by 68%.
