Characterization of the labour market• The observation of the labour market resulted in

segmenting it in two markets whose characteristics are in the long term opposed practically term (Dickens and Lang, 1985; Perrot 1992):

• … a primary education market one of the chief features of which is the stability of employment, of good high wages and formation and working conditions, whose progression is closely related to the investments in human capital.
