Furthermore, we continually invest and extensively market our own websitebeachycations.com and have more than four locations to service our guest and owners.•Professional Photos: We contract with local professional photographers usually Emerald CoastPhotography for high quality professional photos. Cost: included•Point Central Locks and Climate Control: Smart home automation with real time propertyintelligence. Point Central automation provides for key features needed in today’s vacation rentalmarket.•Commercial Laundry and Linen Pool Membership: BeachyCations Operates our own commercialLaundry service at our 30A location and thus we are not dependent on an outside laundry service thatmay or may not sanitize all linens. The annual cost of the linen pool covers two and a half full sets oflinens and towels for the unit•Professional Cleaning and Inspections: BeachyCations understands this is by far one of the mostchallenging and important services a property management company performs. We are committed toour guest’s satisfaction. We care about our owner’s rentals as if they are our own•Damage Protection/Insurance: Security deposits result in bad reviews when holding back guestfunds for accidental damages. We provide damage protection insurance as an alternative•Site Fees: We purchase wrist bands, parking passes etc usually in bulk from COA’s on applicableproperties and provide these to guest upon check in.•Maintenance: Maintaining your property as an investment. We believe one of the most valuableproperty management services we can do for our owners is to save them money•Accounting: Owner statements and disbursements, work orders, rental expenses, year-end reports,1099’s, sales taxes and owner portals provide secure access to information needed most, 24/7.
