Student support
TERMS AND CONDITIONS • BCoT is committed to providing a safe learning
environment. As part of this policy all students agree
to wear their ID badge at all times whilst on campus.
• If you have any disabilities or learning difficulties
you can inform us during the enrolment process.
We are committed to supporting all students. In some
cases we will undertake a learning needs assessment
prior to confirming enrolment.
• You may cancel your enrolment at any point, and
for any reason, prior to the course starting. If you
do so, all fees paid will be refunded, less a £20
administration charge.
• Sometimes we have to change the fees published
in this guide. Please visit our website for the most
up-to-date course and fee information.
• Courses listed in this guide will run if a sufficient
number of people enrol to make it viable. It is at the
college’s sole discretion whether a course will run or
not. The college aims to provide at least one week’s
notice if a course is not going to run, but on occasion
the notice period may be less than this.
• If the college decides not to run a course, all fees paid
will be refunded in full.
• Once a course has started we cannot refund any fees
in relation to that course.
• Where your employer is paying your fees, they
will remain liable for the fee even if you leave
their employment.
• If you are paying fees by instalments you must
complete the payment plan, even if you are unable
to complete the course.
• Fees quoted in this guide apply to UK residents only.
• If you are an overseas student you will need to attend
college in person as part of the enrolment process.
Fees for overseas students are calculated differently
(due to non-availability of government subsidy) and we
will explain this to you prior to enrolling.
• Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking
areas, nowhere else on the campus and not on the
Worting Road between sites.
• If you intend to drive to college you must obtain a car
park permit if you wish to park on the college campus.
• Our full terms and conditions can be found at
