La nuova linea CUBO vanta un’ampia gamma di soluzioni per applicazioni commerciali ed industriali: dalle unità motocondensanti ad aria con 1 compressore, CUBO ONE, fino ad arrivare alle centrali a 3 compressori, CUBO MULTI, disponibili ognuna con compres-sori semiermetici o scroll, nelle versioni di media e bassa temperatura. Grazie al nuovo design la stessa unità risulta più versatile potendo lavorare con diversi fluidi frigorigeni.

The new CUBO line can boast a wide range of solutions for commercial and industrial application: from small, single-compressor air-cooled condensing units (CUBO ONE), up to multipack air-cooled units equipped with 3 compressors (CUBO MULTI). All units are available with semi-hermetic or scroll compressors and are suitable for both medium and low temperature applications. Thanks to their new design, all packs are more flexible and fit for working with different refrigerants.

Die neue CUBO-Serie verfügt über ein komplettes Angebot an Kälteprodukten für den gewerblichen und industriellen Gebrauch: von luftgekühlten Verflüssigungssätzen mit einem Verdichter (CUBO ONE) bis zu Anlagen mit 3 Verdichtern im Parallel-Verbund (CUBO MULTI). Alle Verflüssigungsätze können sowohl mit Halbhermetischen- und Scroll-Verdichtern geliefert werden, für Nor-mal- und Tiefkühlung. Dank des neuen Design, sind alle Verflüssigungsätze noch flexibler geworden und können mit verschiede-nen Kältemitteln betrieben werden.

La nouvelle ligne CUBO offre une gamme complète de solutions pour applications commerciales et industrielles: groupes de condensation à air mono-compresseur, CUBO ONE, ou centrales à 2 ou 3 compresseurs, CUBO MULTI. Chaque famille est disponible avec compresseurs semi-hermétiques à pistons ou scroll, en version moyenne ou basse température. Le nouveau design améliore sensiblement les performances avec de nombreux fluides frigorigènes.

La linea è composta da unità monocompressore con il condensatore ad aria integrato per installazione all’esterno. Tutti i modelli sono dotati di vano compressore separato ed isolato acusticamente con materassino fonoassor-bente, ad eccezione della versione BT con compressore semiermetico.CUBO ONE è disponibile nelle seguenti versioni:
MT – Media Temperatura (R407F, R448A, R449A, R404A, R450A e R134a)
BT – Bassa Temperatura (R407F, R448A, R449A e R404A)
ognuna realizzata su struttura in lamiera zincata verniciata poliestere RAL 7035.
I modelli base sono dotati di: compressore, batteria condensante con filtro di protezione, ricevitore di liquido, valvola di sicurezza, rubinetto liquido, filtro con vetrospia e rubinetto liquido, pressostato di alta e di bassa pressione, ciascuno a ripristino automatico tarabile e regolatore di giri dei ventilatori condensatore.
COMPRESSORELe unità sono disponibili con compressori semiermetici Bitzer (B) o Scroll Copeland (C). I compressori sono forniti completi di rubinetti in aspirazione e mandata, attacchi di pressione ¼’’ flare, resistenza carter, spia livello olio, carica olio e piedini antivibranti. Le unità con compressori semiermetici sono dotate anche di antivibranti installati su linea di aspirazione e mandata. I motori elettrici prevedono alimentazione 400V/3Ph/50Hz e sono protetti da termistori interni o da modulo esterno Kriwan, a seconda del modello di compressore previsto. Nella versione BT i compressori semiermetici sono dotati di ventilatore per il raffreddamento della testata. A partire dal modello “075” è previsto di serie il sistema di raffreddamento CIC.
ACCESSORI QE Quadro Elettrico composto dai seguenti componenti: sezionatore blocco porta, salvamotore compressore, contatore compressore, relè allarmi, morsettiera, circuito ausiliario (230 V). La regolazione dell’unità motocondensante è realizzata con avviamen- to ed arresto del compressore tramite chiamata ON/OFF da utenza. The range consists in single-compressor units with integrated air-cooled condenser, designed for outdoor installation. All unit models are equipped with separate compressor box, which is provided with standard noise insula-tion, except for the LT version with semi-hermetic compressor.The CUBO ONE line is available in the following versions:
MT – Medium Temperature applications(R407F, R448A, R449A, R404A, R450A and R134a)
BT – Low Temperature applications(R407F, R448A, R449A and R404A)
Each unit comes with a galvanized steel casing,polyester painted RAL 7035
The basic version has following standard equipment: compressor, condenser coil with protection filter, liquid receiver, safety valve, liquid line valve, liquid line filter drier and sight glass, automatic HP and LP switches (both with ad-justable setting) and condenser fan speed control.
COMPRESSORAll units can be equipped with either Bitzer semi-hermetic (B) or Scroll Cope-land (C) compressors. All compressors are fitted with suction and discharge valves, charging plugs ¼’’ flare, crankcase heater, oil sight glass, oil charge and vibration dampeners. Semi-hermetic compressor units are also provided with antivibrating pipes installed on suction and discharge line. All compressor mo-tors have 400V/3PH/50Hz power supply and are protected by internal ther-mistor or by external Kriwan modules, depending on the specific compres-sor type. In Low Temperature applications, semi-hermetic compressors are equipped with cooling head fan. Starting from “075” models, the compressor is always equipped with CIC cooling system.
ACCESSORIES QE Electrical control panel includes: main switch, thermal relay for compressor protection, compressor contactor, alarm relays, terminal board and auxiliary line (230V). Condensing unit control consists in compressor start and stop, which are manged through ON/OFF signal from users. ENERGYEFFICIENCY
Diese Verflüssigungsätze sind mit Einzelverdichtern und luftgekühlten Ver-flüssigern ausgestattet, für Aufstellung und Betrieb im Außenbereich. Jedes Modell wird mit getrenntem und schallisoliertem Verdichter-Abteil geliefert (ausgenommen Verflüssigungsätze mit Halbhermetischen-Verdichtern für Tiefkühlung). Die CUBO ONE-Serie ist in folgenden Ausführungen erhältlich:
MT – Normalkühlung(R407F, R448A, R449A, R404A, R450A and R134a)
BT – Tiefkühlung (R407F, R448A, R449A and R404A)
Alle Verflüssigungsätze sind in einem Gehäuse aus verzinktem, mit Polyester Lack RAL 7035 lackiertem Stahlblech.
Die Standardausführung hat folgende Ausstattung: Verdichter, Verflüssiger mit Schutzgitter, Sammler, Sicherheitsventil, Absperrventil an der Flüssig-keitsleitung, Filtertrockener und Schauglas, HD und ND Schalter (automati-scher Reset) und Drehzahlregler für den Verflüssiger-Lüfter.
VERDICHTERDie Verflüssigungssätzen sind mit zwei verschiedenen Verdichtern lieferbar:Halbhermetische-Verdichter Bitzer (B) und Scroll-Verdichter Copeland (C). Die Verdichter werden immer mit Saug- und Druckabsperrventil, Verbindungen ¼’’ Bördel, Ölsumpfheizung, Ölschauglas, Ölfüllung und Schwingungsdämp-fern geliefert. Die Verflüssigungsätze mit Halbhermetischen-Verdichtern sind auch mit Schwingungsdämpfern für Saug- und Druckleitung ausgestattet. Die Standard Spannungsversorgung ist 400V/3PH/50Hz. Alle Motoren sind durch internen Motorschutz oder externen Kriwan Modulen geschützt. Die Verflüssi-gungsätze mit Halbhermetischen-Verdichtern für Tiefkühlung sind immer mit Kopflüfter ausgestattet. Alle Verdichter ab Modell „075“ an, werden mit dem Bitzer CIC-System zur elektrisch geregelten Kältemitteleinspritzung ausgeliefert.
ZUBEHÖR QE Schaltschrank mit Hauptschalter, Motorschutzschalter, Kompressor-Schütz, Alarmrelais, Klemmenbrett, Hilfsstromkreis (230V). Die Regelung für Verflüssigungssätze besteht aus ON/OFF Signal vom Abnehmer D Gummi Schwingungsdämpfer (nicht montiert) S Saugseitiger Flüssigkeitsabscheider OS Ölabscheider IB Verdichter Abteil mit Bleischalldämmung CC Akustische Haube nur für Scroll-Verdichter INV Frequenzumrichter EC EC Ventilatoren für Verflüssiger APW Part-Winding Anlauf (nur für Halbhermetische-Verdichter ≥ zu 7,35 kW Normalkühlung und ≥ zu 5,51 kW im Tiefkühlung)
La ligne regroupe les unités de condensation à air carrossées monoblocs, intégrant 1 compresseur seul, conçues pour être installées à l’extérieur. Tous les modèles sont conçus avec un compartiment compresseur entière-ment fermé et isolé acoustiquement, à exclusion de la version BT équipée de compresseur semi-hermétique à pistons. CUBO ONE est disponible dans les versions suivantes:
MT – Moyenne température (R407F, R448A, R449A, R404A, R450A and R134a)
BT – Basse température (R407F, R448A, R449A and R404A)
Toutes réalisées sur châssis en tôle galvanisée, RAL 7035Les modèles standard sont équipés de: compresseur, batterie condenseur avec filtre de protection, réservoir de liquide, soupape de sécurité, filtre dés-hydrateur avec voyant et vanne départ liquide, pressostats HP et BP, chacun à réarmement automatique réglable et variateur de vitesse pour les moteurs de ventilateurs condenseur.
COMPRESSEURLes unités sont livrables avec compresseur à pistons semi-hermétique Bitzer (B) ou Scroll Copeland (C). Les compresseurs sont toujours équipés de vannes d’aspiration et de refoulement, vannes avec connexions ¼’’ flare, de résistance de carter, de voyant niveau huile, de la charge standard en huile et de plots amortisseurs. Les groupes avec compresseur semi-hermétiques à pistons in-cluent aussi les amortisseurs de vibrations sur la ligne d’aspiration et de refou-lement. Les machines sont alimentées en 400V/3Ph/50Hz et les compresseurs sont protégés par thermistors internes ou module externe Kriwan selon le mo-dèle de compresseur prévu. Dans la version BT le compresseur semi-herméti-que est équipé de ventilateur de refroidissement culasse. À partir du modèle “075”, il est prévu en standard le système de refroidissement additionnel « CIC ».
OPTIONS QE Armoire électrique intégré au groupe de condensation entière- ment câblé avec tous les organes de commande et de protection de l’unité : sectionneur général avec commande extérieure cade- nassable, protection électrique compresseur, contacteur com- presseur, relais alarmes, bornier, circuit auxiliaire (230V). La régu- lation du groupe de condensation est réalisée avec démarrage et arrêt du compresseur depuis une commande M/A à distance. La linea è composta da centrali frigorifere con 2 o 3 compressori in parallelo e condensatore ad aria integrato per installazione all’esterno. Tutti i modelli sono dotati di vano compressori separato ed isolato acusticamente con ma-terassino fonoassorbente, ad eccezione della versione BT con compressori semiermetici. CUBO MULTI è disponibile nelle seguenti versioni:
MT – Media temperatura (R407F, R448A, R449A, R404A, R450A e R134a)
BT – Bassa temperatura (R407F, R448A, R449A e R404A)
ognuna realizzata su struttura in lamiera zincata verniciata poliestere RAL 7035.
I modelli base sono dotati di: compressori, batteria condensante con filtro di protezione, ricevitore di liquido, valvola di sicurezza, rubinetto liquido, fil-tro con vetrospia e rubinetto liquido, pressostato di alta generale a riarmo manuale, per ogni compressore un pressostato di alta a ripristino automa-tico con taratura fissa, pressostato di bassa generale a ripristino automatico tarabile e regolatore di giri delle ventole del condensatore, separatore olio (ad eccezione della versione MT con 2 compressori Scroll, dove è opzionale), circuito di equalizzazione dell’olio, manometro di alta e bassa pressione, rac-cordo per sonda di regolazione ¼’’ flare.
COMPRESSORILe unità sono disponibili con compressori semiermetici Bitzer (B) o Scroll Copeland (C). I compressori sono forniti completi di rubinetti in aspirazione e mandata, attacchi di pressione ¼’’ flare, resistenza carter, spia livello olio, carica olio e piedini antivibranti. Le unità con compressori semiermetici sono dotate anche di antivibranti installati su linea di aspirazione e mandata. I motori elettrici prevedono alimentazione 400V/3Ph/50Hz e sono protetti da termistori interni o da modulo esterno Kriwan, a seconda del modello di compressore previsto. Nella versione BT i compressori semiermetici sono dotati di ventilatore per il raffreddamento della testata. A partire dal modello “2x075 e 3x075” è previsto di serie il sistema di raffreddamento CIC.
ACCESSORI QE Quadro Elettrico composto dai seguenti componenti: sezionatore blocco porta, salvamotori compressori, contattori compressori,relè allarmi, morsettiera, circuito ausiliario (230V). La gestione della centrale è realizzata tramite inseritore a gradini elettronico. Il qua- dro elettrico viene fornito con tutti i componenti completamente cablati (compressori, ventilatori, pressostati, ecc.) The range consists in packs with 2 or 3 compressors coupled in parallel and integrated air-cooled condenser, designed for outdoor installation. All unit models are equipped with separate compressor box, which is provided with standard noise insulation, except for the LT version with semi-hermetic com-pressors. The CUBO MULTI line is available in the following versions:
MT – Medium Temperature applications (R407F, R448A, R449A, R404A, R450A e R134a)
BT – Low Temperature applications (R407F, R448A, R449A e R404A)
Each unit comes with a galvanized steel casing, polyester painted RAL 7035
The basic version has following standard equipment: compressors, condens-er coil with protection filter, liquid receiver, safety valve, liquid line valve, liquid line filter drier and sight glass, general HP switch with manual reset, HP automatic switch on each compressor (with fixed setting), general LP automatic switch (with adjustable setting), condenser fan speed control, oil separator (except for the MT version with 2xScroll compressors, where this accessory is available on request), oil equalization system, HP and LP gauges and pressure connection ¼’’ flare.
COMPRESSORSAll units can be equipped with either Bitzer semi-hermetic (B) or Scroll Cope-land (C) compressors. All compressors are fitted with suction and discharge valves, charging plugs ¼’’ flare, crankcase heater, oil sight glass, oil charge and vibration dampeners. Semi-hermetic compressor units are also provided with antivibrating pipes installed on suction and discharge line. All compres-sor motors have 400V/3PH/50Hz power supply and are protected by internal thermistor or by external Kriwan modules, depending on the specific com-pressor type. In Low Temperature applications, semi-hermetic compressors are equipped with cooling head fan. Starting from “2x075” and “3x075” mod-els, compressors are always equipped with CIC cooling system.
ACCESSORIES QE Electrical control panel is supplied with all components comple- tely wired and includes: main switch, thermal relay for compressor protection, compressor contactor, alarm relays, terminal board and auxiliary line (230V). Centrales frigorifiques à air
La ligne regroupe les centrales frigorifiques carrossées monoblocs, intégrant 2 ou 3 compresseurs en parallèle, conçues pour être installés à l’extérieur. Tous les modèles sont conçus avec un compartiment compresseurs entièrement fermé et isolé acoustiquement, à exclusion de la version BT équipée de compresseurs semi-hermétiques à pistons. CUBO MULTI est disponible dans les versions suivantes:
MT – Moyenne température (R407F, R448A, R449A, R404A, R450A e R134a)
BT – Basse température (R407F, R448A, R449A e R404A)
Toutes réalisées sur châssis en tôle galvanisée, RAL 7035.
Les modèles standards sont équipés de: compresseurs, batterie condenseur avec filtre de protection, réservoir de liquide, soupape de sécurité, filtre déshydrateur avec voyant et vanne départ liquide, pressostat HP général à réarmement manuel, pressostat HP à réarmement automatique préréglé par compresseur, pressostat BP général à réarmement automatique préréglé et variateur de vitesse pour les moteurs de ventilateurs condenseur, sépara-teur d’huile (à exclusion de la version MULTI MT avec 2 compresseurs Scroll, où le séparateur est en option), circuit d’égalisation huile, manomètres HP et BP, raccord pour capteur de régulation ¼’’ flare.
COMPRESSEURSLes unités sont livrables avec compresseurs à pistons semi-hermétique Bit-zer (B) ou Scroll Copeland (C). Les compresseurs sont toujours équipés de vannes d’aspiration et de refoulement, vannes avec connexions ¼’’ flare, de résistance de carter, de voyant niveau huile, de la charge standard en huile et de plots amortisseurs. Les groupes avec compresseur semi-hermétiques à pistons incluent aussi les amortisseurs de vibrations sur les lignes d’aspi-ration et de refoulement. Les machines sont alimenté en 400V/3Ph/50Hz et les compresseurs sont protégés par thermistors internes ou module externe Kriwan selon le modèle de compresseur prévu. Dans la version BT les com-presseurs semi-hermétiques sont équipés de ventilateur de refroidissement culasse. À partir des modèles « 2x075 » et « 3x075 », il est prévu en standard le système de refroidissement additionnel « CIC ».

Jedes Modell wird mit getrenntem und schalliso-liertem Verdichter-Abteil geliefert (ausgenommen Verflüssigungsätze mit Halbhermetischen-Verdichtern für Tiefkühlung). CUBO MULTI-Serie ist in folgenden Ausführungen erhältlich:

Alle Verflüssigungsätze sind in einem Gehäuse aus verzinktem, mit Polyester Lack RAL 7035 lackiertem Stahlblech.
Die Standardausführung hat folgende Ausstattung: Verdichter, Verflüssi-ger mit Schutzgitter, Sammler, Sicherheitsventil, Absperrventil an der Flüs-sigkeitsleitung, Filtertrockener und Schauglas, HD Gesamtschalter (auto-matischer Reset), HR und ND Schalter je Verdichter (automatischer Reset), Drehzahlregler für den Verflüssiger-Lüfter, Ölabscheider (Als Option für Ag-gregaten mit 2xScroll Verdichtern für Normalkühlung), Ölausgleichssystem, HD und ND Manometer und Anschluss für Regulierung-sonde ¼’’Bördel.
VERDICHTERDie Verflüssigungssätzen sind mit zwei verschiedenen Verdichtern lieferbar:Halbhermetische-Verdichter Bitzer (B) und Scroll-Verdichter Copeland (C). Die Verdichter werden immer mit Saug- und Druckabsperrventil, Verbindun-gen ¼’’ Bördel, Ölsumpfheizung, Ölschauglas, Ölfüllung und Schwingungs-dämpfern geliefert. Die Verflüssigungsätze mit Halbhermetischen-Verdich-tern sind auch mit Schwingungsdämpfern für Saug- und Druckleitung ausgestattet.Die Standard Spannungsversorgung ist 400V/3PH/50Hz. Alle Motoren sind durch internen Motorschutz oder externen Kriwan Modulen geschützt. Die Verflüssigungsätze mit Halbhermetischen-Verdichtern für Tiefkühlung sind immer mit Kopflüfter ausgestattet. Alle Verdichter ab Mo-dell „2x075“ und „3x075“ an, werden mit dem Bitzer CIC-System zur elekt-risch geregelten Kältemitteleinspritzung ausgeliefert.
ZUBEHÖR QE Schaltschrank komplett verdrahtet und mit Hauptschalter, Motorschutzschalter, Kompressor-Schütz, Alarmrelais, Klemmen- brett, Hilfsstromkreis (230V). Die Verbundregelung erfolgt mittels elektronischen Reglers.
