We can also provide systems optimized for specific user needs.Seismic isolation methods created using original expertise can isolate movement in two and three dimensions for a wide range of applications. Our testing has confirmed that these floor systems are suitable for use in new and existing buildings.

These access floors are ideally suited for use with the underfloor wiring of communications equipment, personal computers, and other office equipment. Such floors are typically installed in offices, as well as in schools, hospitals, libraries, and other facilities. Our floor systems contribute to the most efficient use of underfloor space not only in new structures but also in renovated buildings.

We offer two types of floors for air-conditioning: KSB500CAZ, an Entire floor blowing type, and FSB500SPZ, a Blowing outlet type. The blowing-type underfloor air-conditioning system provides a comfortable office space.A mild airflow is blown from a raised floor via the air-conditioning systems installed within the underfloor space, which has already been secured for wiring. With its mild air-conditioning flow, KSB500CAZ can be installed under the entire floor. FSB500SPZ provides partial air-conditioning and is suitable for personal use. Both products provide comfort to meet user needs.

Computer floor systems are designed for the underfloor installation of wires and cables in computer and control rooms. HIBUILDAM is a passive hydraulic vibration control device that absorbs building vibration by using the fluid resistance of oil. The Super HIBASE Method is an exposed fixed column base method for steel structures. This method creates steel structures with excellent seismic resistance. The Super HIBASE Method enables structures to be built with economic efficiency. It also significantly reduces the work period.The HIBASE-Eco Method is an exposed fixed column base method for small and medium-sized steel structures with excellent seismic resistance, and enables structures to be built with more economic efficiency.

CLEARBASE METHOD

The CLEARBASE Method satisfies the joint’s load-carrying capacity, and strength and rigidity are improved through the application of a C-band covered with concrete. In addition, it allows for faster installation than boring methods and concrete-encased column bases.

HBJ METHOD

In this method, HBJ bolts are mechanically joined to the pile head plate of precast concrete piles and used to join the piles and footings. Since this method does not involve welding, the work is not affected by weather and other environmental conditions.
