PRODUCTION STAGE ACTIVITIES TASKSHEET A (Level 1) Jackie went for a trip to Malacca. She wrote a recount about her experience there. She made a number of mistakes. Rewrite her recount correcting the mistakes she made with help of the notes and pictures provided. Last week, Jackie and twenty members of the Historical Society went on a two-day excursion to Malacca by bus. They were accompanied by two teachers. The students were very excited. On their journey to Malacca, they sang songs on the bus and passed some oil palm estates. They arrived in Malacca three hours later and checked in at Puteri Resort in Air Keroh. After a short rest and luch, they visited A Famosa building and the red building, the Studthuys. Next, they went to Baba-Nyonya Heritage Museum to learn more about Baba-Nyonya culture. They also went to Hang Tuah s Well before going to the Malacca ’ Zoo where all kinds of animals are kept. The next day, Jackie and her friends went shopping for souvenirs for family and friends. Even though they were tired, they were very happy. They gained new experiences during their visit to Malacca. TASKSHEET B (Level 2)
