Production Process

Front Cover

First I turned my original photo into a black and white image

I then put a filter onto my black and white image and added the main cover line.

From there I added in the red and wrote my artist name and some other small cover lines. I then put my bar code onto the cover

I then added smaller white text to stand out on the black back ground i added moor cover lines and played around with them looking at where they positioned best.

From there I then added box shapes onto the front cover and coloured them in white or red as they stand out on the black back round I also added in a graphic feature and a bar code.

Firstly I started a blank template. I then added a black rectangle shape and put thick red writing on to it . Then I added black arrows so that the text would stand out

From here I added the masthead which I also used on the front cover and started writing the text.

I then added the rest of the text and used more black boxes to make the text stand out.

From here I started making the fonts bold so that they could stand out and inserting the images

Double Page spread

I wrote up my article on word and inserted it onto my template I made a drop cap and put it in a black bold font so it would stand out

From here I added my cover line and mast head ad added this in red writing so that iut woul be clear and so that it would stand out.

From here i added one of my photos that I thought might work however this could change and not be the actual photo
