Production monitoring

TÜV NORD supports youwith all welding-related tasksin the manufacture andoperation of machinery,pressure vessels, pipelinesand steel structures, andalso in the qualification ofwelding procedures andpersonnel. We can also monitorsupplier productionprocesses on your behalfbased on a definedinspection and test plan(ITP). These supplier audits(second party inspection)can for example includeassessment anddocumentation of invitationsto tender, designspecifications, materialprocurement, productionprocesses and tests.

Following the actualmonitoring and as a resultof the inspection, we will also supportyou in the drafting of declarations ofconformity and other approval-related documents.These can then be used, among other things, in orderto release insurances or bank credits. As an independent assessment body we also support youwith certification audits (third party inspection) of yourproduction processes. TÜV NORD is your partner for fulfilment of all obligations inconnection with welding.
