More than 300 m² ( 190 polystyrene boards) per day. A 10m x 11m house needs about 150 m² wall elements. This machine is able to produce at least 2 houses/day in about 8-9 hours. Warranty: 1 year Transport: Easily transportable on a trailer for on-site production. The Thermodul 320 is a PLC navigated polystyrene processing maschine on a solid steal construction. All moveable working surfaces are made of aluminum profile, very robust but light at the same time. A small compressor provides the needed blast. The energy efficient PLC control will only switch on the heatingwire during machining time. Programming: All current wall elements are preassigned by the factory. Pre-pgrogramming via the PLC control’s touch screen is easy to optimize or to code a new element. The automated program will run smoothly without any manual intervention.
