Production Diary

1. First you need to open Photoshop go to file then new and set parameters for your newsletters page. For the front page it is 21 is width, 29.7 is height and resolution is 300 inches.

2.Then I going to the ruler tool.It is the 3rd in the top. And selecting show rulers. I will need it in step 5.

3. Now I’m writing my newsletters name in the top. I doing the box for my text. I going to the rectangle tool and doing my box. Then going to the text tool. You can also change text size, colour and type. I will do the bright colours because my audience is 14 to 16 years and they like bright colours.

4. The text is ready. Now I will do the navigation tools and social media. I going to file, place and selecting my pictures. I will do save button, print

button, zoom in and zoom out buttons. For the social media I will do Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.

5. Now I doing 3 colons for the text. I going to the line tool. I

mark 7 cm then draw the line. Then 14 cm and draw again, then 21 cm.

6. Now I doing boxes for the text, and pictures. I going to the rectangle tool and doing like in 3 colons.

7. Now we going to do page 1 and 2 about music and fashion. We opening Photoshop then new, and writing parameters. The width is 42cm. Height is 29.7cm. And resolution is 300 inches. Then tap OK.

8. Then I doing the same as in step 2. And doing show rulers. Then I need to devide my newsletter pages to the 6 equal colons. I going to the line tool and marking 7cm then drawing the line. 14cm then drawing. 21cm then drawing. 28cm and drawing. 35cm and drawing

9. And I doing two boxes for the title in the top. First box I doing in the

left side. And then I colour it in black. It will be box for my music page. The second box I doing in the right side top. Then I colour it in black too. It will be box for my Fashion page of newsletter.

10. For my front page I changed my text style and colou and did the boxes for the text purple and box for the newsletters name in black.

11.And I doing the boxes for the text in my second and third fage about music

and fashion. In the music page I doing 3 colons. For the fashion page(third) I doing 1 and 2 combined.I going to the rectangle tool, drawing a the boxes and I need to leave a place at the bottom for the navigation tools and social media.

12. And I did the social media, navigation tools and my website. I gone to place then selected from the computer and added. And I did the text (website’s name)

13. I finished with the second and third pages design and now I doing the last page about sport. Going file then new and setting the parameters for my page. The width is 21 cm. The height is 29.7 cm. And the resolution is 300 inches.

14. And I dividing the page to the 3 equal sides. Going to show rulers. And now the first line in 7cm the second In 14cm.

15.Then I doing 1 box at the top and 3 boxes where text and images will be. I going to rectangle tool. And then colouring them. The box at the top will be black and 3 boxes will be in purple.

16. Now I doing social media and navigation tools. I going file, then place and selecting. I need to do it in a straight line.

17. I just finished the sport page. Now I starting to write the articles. First I will do the ‘Editors Words’.

‘Editors Words’- Welcome to the first issue of our ‘East News’ Newsletter. Here you can find lots of interesting and fresh news. Our Newsletter is for 14 to 16 years old boys and girls. It has 4 pages. They are about Music, Fashion and Sport.

18. Now I writing the text for my front page. First I writing about PSG.

PSG is the champion of “Ligue 1” again. They just won Monaco AC. And they celebrate trophy with 83 points. The second is Olympique Lyonnais with 75 points and the third is Monaco with 71 points.

Then I writing about “La Liga”:

Real Madrid is the Champion of the “La Liga”. The wins Atletico Madrid and wins the trophy with 95 points. The second is Malaga with 94 points, and the third is Barcelona with only 90 points. But Barcelona is in Champions League final. They will play against Real Madrid in June the 3rd. For more information, go to page 4.

Now I writing something about new popular singer:

His name is Muaz Awan. He is British young singer. He has a contract with Furious 8 and his song will be in the movie.For more information, go to the second page.

Then I writing about fashion:

You want stay stylish all the summer. Go to our 3rd page about fashion and there you will see all about the newest fashion and popular brands.

19. Now I will write the text for my second and third page about music and fashion.

I writing about Drake:

He is Muaz Awan. He born in UK, London, in February 24th 1996. He is a future professional singer. He has contract with Furious 8 and his song calling “Bang Bang’ will be as a song of the Furious 8. He started his career when he was 15, He sing in the weddings and then he had his own concerts. When he was 19 he sign a contract with Furious 8.

And I will put his picture.

In the third colon, I will write about top 3 music’s of the week:

The best song of this week is “Maroon 5” bands song “Don't Wanna Know”. Maroon 5 is an American pop rock band that organised in Los Angeles, California. Before the current group was established, the original four members formed a band known as “Kara’s Flowers” in 1994. The second song in the top is Ariana Grande’s song “Side to Side”. Ariana Grande born in June 26, 1993. She is an American singer and actress. And she began her career in the Broadway musical 13. The third in the top is The Chainsmokers song “Closer”. The Chainsmokers are an American DJ duo consisting of Drew Taggart and Alex Pall.

For the third page about fashion, first I will write about Adidas’s new shoes:

Adidas will be releasing new trainers calling “world star”. They will be in black, blue, red, and white colours. They are very comfortable and waterproof. By Adidas’s information, it will come out in spring 2017. This is a big news, if you are Adidas fans. You can pre order it by clicking on the link bellow.

And I will do my original photo of it. Then will put the link, you can click and pre-order it.

In the next colon, I will write about how to stay stylish during the summer:

20. I doing the text for the last page about sport.

First, I will write about BPL Champion:

In the beginning of the Season, everyone was waiting for the battle Mourinho vs Guardiola Manchester United and Manchester City. Now, two games to the end of the season and Chelsea with Antonio Conte celebrating win to Liverpool 2:1 and Chelsea is the winner of Barclays Premier League with 83 points. The second is Manchester City with only 70 points. The third is Arsenal with 67.

And I will do the picture of the BPL table.

In the next colon, I will write about Champions League Final.

3 June 2017 in The Champions League Final Barcelona will play against Real Madrid. In semi-final Barcelona beat Juventus 3:1 and Real Madrid beat Bayern Munich 4:2. Real Madrid will play with the same squad as usually, but Sergio Ramos has injure. Real Madrid fans believe that Ramos will play Against Barcelona. In Barcelona’s squad no injuries. Barcelona Sign new player. His position is goalkeeper. His name is Ilya Bojarskis. He Is from Latvia and he is 19 years old. He is very perspective. Before he played in Russian League in Zenit. In 10 matches for Zenit, he let throw only one goal! Barcelona bouth him for 12 million euro. His contract with Barcelona for 3 years and he will earn 50000 euro in the week.
