How to book THE ICONIC’s service for Retouching Production?

THE ICONIC in-house production service was created with the aim of helping our sellers to get

their products live and up for trading on the website as quickly as possible.

To send a production request, simply follow the following steps:

1. Create your products (without images and content) in Seller Center.

2. Export & Complete the Production Sample Sheet

3. Create a booking via Seller Help Desk: Production Booking (attach the completed Production

Sample Sheet)

Note: Bookings for THE ICONIC Production Service must be made a minimum of 1 week in advance. The weekly

cut off for all bookings is 12pm Monday, for production the following week. Booking slots are prioritised on a first

come first serve basis.

Step 1- Seller Center

All SKU’s must be created in Seller Center prior to placing a Production Booking.

Items can be created by one of the following methods:

1. Manual product set up

2. Bulk import using the Product Creation template

3. Product set up via API integrations

Once SKU’s have been created in Seller Center they will be sent through to THE ICONIC for QC

approval. All products must be approved before continuing with the Production Service booking.

Important points to note:

-Please allow 1 business day for product QC approval.

-All SKU’s must be set as active (switched on) in Seller Center to flow through to QC review.

-All QC rejections must be fixed prior to placing your booking.

Copy your selection and paste into new tab

Your Sample Sheet can now be saved as an XLS and attached to your Production booking

ticket in Seller Helpdesk

Step 4 - Booking

Submit a booking request via the Seller Center Help Desk.

The subject of the query should be: “Production Booking– “Brand Name”

Your Production Booking must include:

• Production Sample Sheet as an attachment

• Drop box link to your images

Step 5 – Image Sharing

You need to share your images with THE ICONIC via Drop Box.

Please create an account > Upload the image files.

The image files must be saved as per the below requirements:

• Images can be saved as THE ICONIC SKU_image position eg MJ753AA41NSW_3 for mass upload of images (Not Mandatory)

• Each SKU style’s images must be saved in separate folders and named by ICONIC SKU. (Mandatory) You may add the Seller SKU to aid in image upload

• All shots must be submitted at once (front, side, back, close-up)

Share images via the helpdesk production booking: Seller Help Desk

A successful booking confirmation will be emailed through to you once all 5 steps and naming requirements are completed.

Your retouched images will be returned to you when Production is complete (Please allow 10 business days) for you to upload..

Once your images have been retouched, they will be sent back to you via Drop Box.

Please save them down and upload the image files to Seller Center.

Go to Products – Manage Images (Simply drag you images from folder to the drop link)

Once you have done this, inform your trainer!
