Representative Example.
Based on an assumed completion date of 31st January 2021, a mortgage of £38,000 payable over 19 years, initially on our 2.07% fixed rate until 31st January 2024, followed by a discount of 0.24% from our Standard Variable Rate currently 4.49% for 2 years and then by our Standard Variable Rate currently 4.49% for the remaining 14 years, would require 36 monthly payments of £201.38, 24 monthly payments of £235.38 and 168 monthly payments of £238.84. The total amount payable would be £53,128.62 made up of the loan amount plus interest of £15,023.62 and a valuation fee of £70.00.
The overall cost for comparison is 3.6% APRC.
Note: What you will pay may vary from this and will depend on your personal circumstances.
