LEARNING CERTIFICATIONS

Motion Learning Centers are strategically located across North America to provide hands-on courses within driving distance of most Motion Industries branches and customer locations. This concept greatly reduces travel time and expenses for the attendees. Instructors broadcast the lectures to groups of eight Learning Centers, simultaneously. Participants interact with each other and with the instructors in real time and perform hands-on labs under the direction of the instructors or local specialists.

Learning Pods are used to distribute hands-on training equipment to Motion branch locations. When branches enroll in scheduled “Learning Pod” classes, the appropriate material is loaded into our heavy duty pods and shipped to the participating sites. The pods are repacked by the branches after the class and shipped to the next locations.

The class content is delivered via webcasts, online modules, DVD’s or by local specialists.

Motion Industries supports hydraulic and pneumatic certification programs that are offered by the International Fluid Power Society. The Motion Institute periodically conducts review classes for candidates to attend in preparation for the exams. The company also encourages employees to consider bearing certification programs through the Bearing Specialists Association.
