BP BleeD PreSSure SenSor BP Bleed to Pressure System provides for com-plete elimination of atmospheric emissions from all models of VPC Valve Pilot Controllers and VGP Valve Gas Positioners when sufficient pressure differential exists between Supply Gas Pressure and Discharge Pressure. When operation condi-tions change and effective motive pressure is not present to operate the control valve actuator, the BP Bleed Pressure Sensor will redirect exhaust to atmosphere ensuring adequate actuator force for satisfactory control.

Improve Control Accuracy at Power PlantsExisting Fisher globe control valves were retrofit to replace Type 4195 pressure control-lers at Florida power plant. VPC’s improved control accu-racy from ± 7 PSIG to better than ±1.0 PSIG and simplified adjustment.
Prepackaged Solutions AvailableA Minnesota gas utility installed CABINET mounted VRG Valve Pilot Controllers. The system provides excel-lent control accuracy, and reduced emissions in tandem with new Type 1061 ac-tuators and ball type control valves.
